Our Stringent Purification Process

Our factory area is about 9500 square feet, having divisions of bird’s nest showrooms, bird’s nest cleaning department, warehouse, packaging department, moulding department, and etc., with around 40 staffs performing their duties in a fully air-conditioned room and well-equipped factory facilities in distinct departments.

The processes in which the Bird’s Nest is cleaned require very delicate skill. Our technicians are well-trained to perform these skilful processes in order to produce the highest quality grade of bird’s nest and to defend the brand reputation of “BAI LENG YEN”.

Our bird’s nest are sterilized through the heat treatment machine to make sure that the bird nest products are qualified and safe to consume. By doing so, our bird nest’s products fully fulfilled the standards of Ministry of Health Malaysia.

In addition to having robust and efficient standardized production system, there is a group of skillful team who are able to perfectly perform their duties in the factory. Together with stringent controls and operation mode based on SOP and HACCP standards, we are able to provide the market with premium quality “BAI LENG YEN” on a daily basis.

There are several experienced executives who manage the operation of the factory where they are responsible for the quality control of bird’s nest production, performing active surveillance and effective supervision on quality control for “BAI LENG YEN “.

In order to produce the bird’s nest in the best environment, our factory facilities are going to be inspected and verified by various Malaysian government departments, including the Ministry of Health Malaysia , Veterinary Bureau , Ministry of Environment , Ministry of Agriculture , China’s State General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of People’s Republic of China (AQSIQ) and other departments.

Our Plant Certifiates

Ming Feng Marketing (M) Sdn Bhd was awarded a few authentication certificates such as HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) certificate, HALAL certificate, GMP certificate, VHM certificate, MeSTI (Makanan Selamat Tanggungjawab Industri) certificate, and myGAP from Malaysia government authorities.
